- The cycle of the development and welfare outreach could be analyzed where in online and face-to-face capacity building has allowed librarians to experience; learn and feel empowered and has provided them with the innovative ideas. It has in turn helped them in reaching out to the society and also in promoting the SDGs.
- The model has enhanced leadership capacity of librarians, improved soft and technical skills of the selected professionals and their associated library staff across 19 states in India is becoming very evident.
- Recognition of the librarians as potential innovators and change-makers in the library field, which is evident through the awards received by them, post participation in INELI India and South Asia model. Throughout 37 libraries, librarians have organised outreach programme to a wider group of citizens like the, early literacy for toddles, children, adults, senior citizens, marginalized, and differently-abled.
- It is very much evident, that public libraries are no longer hubs for book lending and borrowing but rather a medium to promote inclusive growth and development.
- A framework for Community centered Interactive Public Library for scaling up would eventually fall into place.
- The digital infrastructure of 50 libraries in 22 states was enhanced and strengthened to improve social and economic development.
- Three libraries have introduced ICT enabled innovative services to support the farmers like Plant Clinic, Phone-in-a-Query, Tele-Health, and programs to improve Digital Literacy.
- Two libraries from the districts of Tamil Nadu (Villupuram and Pudukkotai) have been integrated as a part of the hub and spoke model of the library system.
